Q: Can I change my product covers, pages, or images once my order has been sent?

As you build your planner, folder, or calendar using our online system, you may edit and make changes anytime before placing your complete order. Production begins the day after the complete order is received.

If you have already placed your order and changes or additions are needed, contact us right away. Any order changes or halts to production may incur charges and add production time. If your order is too far along in production, changes may not be possible.

Q: Can I mail or fax our handbook pages or any other material to School Mate®?

No. Planners, folders, and calendars are all built entirely online. You must submit digital files while ordering online. See digital details for planners, folders, and calendars.

Q: What’s the smallest number of planners, folders, or calendars I can order?

Our minimum order for planners, folders, and calendars is 100.

Q: Can I send a purchase order?

You may send a purchase order once your online order is complete.

Q: How long will it take to receive our products?

Production time begins the day after the complete order is received. Production time for planners and folders is 30 business days (6 weeks), and Rush Service is available. Production time for calendars is 15 business days (3 weeks). Production time does not include weekends, holidays, or shipping time. Allow 2–8 business days for shipping within the 50 states and approximately 6–12 weeks to APO and FPO addresses.
